White Rose Watch Co. was started by two friends in East Yorkshire with a genuine passion for watches — not just expensive, out-of-reach pieces, but the watches that make this hobby so enjoyable: great designs, interesting movements, overlooked references, and pieces that simply feel special on the wrist.
We started White Rose because we believe buying a good watch should feel exciting, not intimidating. We choose our stock ourselves, drawing on the same curiosity and enthusiasm we bring to our own collections. That means looking beyond hype, paying attention to the details, and finding watches we genuinely think are worth owning.
We only stock watches we would be happy to wear ourselves. Whether it is a well-known favourite or something a little less obvious, every piece has to earn its place. The only choices you have are good choices: genuine watches, honest descriptions, and quality made accessible.
What "grey market" actually means
Grey market means genuine, not counterfeit. Every watch we sell is made by the brand named on the dial. Some watches may be sourced through normal retail supply, distributor overstock, clearance channels, or parallel-import routes outside a brand's authorised UK retail network. Nothing here is a replica, and nothing is second-hand unless clearly stated.
The trade-off is honest: because these pieces move outside the official allocation system, the paperwork trail can differ from authorised retail. In exchange, you can often access popular watches at sensible prices without paying more than you need to.

Is it genuine?
Yes. We only list genuine watches from the brands named. The difference with grey-market or parallel-import stock is the retail channel and paperwork trail, not the watch itself.
Why is it cheaper?
We keep our overheads deliberately low. With no bricks-and-mortar showroom, salespeople, reps, or costly advertising campaigns to fund, more of what you pay goes towards the watch itself. By running the business ourselves and buying carefully, we can offer genuine watches at fairer prices.
What comes in the box?
Each product listing should clearly show what is included, such as box, paperwork, tags or accessories where applicable. We keep the description plain so you know exactly what you are buying.
