1. Start with where you bought the watch
White Rose Watch Co. does not currently take payment on this website. If you bought from us through eBay, please open the order in your eBay account and use eBay’s return process. The live listing, applicable eBay rules, and UK consumer law all remain relevant.
2. Change-of-mind returns
Where UK distance-selling cancellation rights apply to a consumer purchase, you will generally have 14 days after delivery to tell us you wish to cancel, without needing to give a reason, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.
Any additional or different voluntary return terms shown on the relevant eBay listing also apply. We do not use this page to remove or reduce statutory rights.
3. Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items
If a watch arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially not as described, contact us promptly and start a request through the relevant eBay order. Different legal rights apply to faulty goods, and nothing in this policy limits them.
For qualifying faulty goods, UK consumer law can provide remedies including a short-term right to reject within 30 days. The precise remedy depends on the circumstances.
4. How to start a return
- Open your purchase in eBay’s order history.
- Select the appropriate return or problem option and follow the on-screen process.
- Keep the watch, packaging, accessories, documents, and any supplied tags safe while the request is being handled.
- Use the return method and address provided through the authorised process.
Please do not send a watch to an address found elsewhere without first agreeing the return route with us or following the marketplace instructions.
5. Looking after a watch being returned
Please package returns securely and include the supplied components that form part of the purchase. For a change-of-mind cancellation, you may handle an item only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Where the law permits, a deduction may be made for diminished value caused by handling beyond that level.
This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
6. Return postage
Who pays return postage depends on the reason for return, the applicable law, and the terms of the relevant marketplace process or listing. Follow the instructions issued through the eBay return request before posting the item.
7. Refunds
Refund timing and method will follow applicable law and the marketplace process. For a valid distance-selling cancellation, statutory rules generally require a refund within the applicable 14-day period, with the timing for goods linked to receiving the goods back or evidence that they were sent back, as the law provides.
Refunds for eBay purchases are normally handled through eBay to the original payment route.
